Line are not written without reason into the human hand, everything is in your hands
Gurujis purpose of teaching is to accompany his pupils through the samsaric world with its temptations. He will show you how to swim in the ocean of samsara, and grasp your hand in time of difficulties. So you will arrive safely on the other side. For all of us being his students, we realized and felt the meaning of “Adhyatma-Yoga” in his presence. Through his words, his way of non-violence living (ahimsa) or simply by his aura, can we perceive what truth of life (satya) really means.
Adhyatma-Yoga is neither a new branch of Yoga nor a special school of it, but the name of associations established to practice and spread the path of yoga of Jamuna Mishra in Europe and India. When asking Jamuna Mishra to explain his kind of his Yoga, he will answer with ay smile. For him there exists only one form of Yoga, the traditional classical form e.g. written down by Patañjali. The intentions of Gurujis teachings are to dive deeper into the ocean of spirituality, to loosen the tights and bondages of our worldly longings and needs. Hence he personally explains the Sanskrit term “adhyatma” as [deep] spirituality.Gurujis main aim is to support all life, to serve all beings without exploiting them or living on their expenses. He definitely lives what he is teaching and especially cares in respect to his students from India or Europe. Jamuna Mishras teachings of Yoga are simple. The physical yoga exercises (asanas) are generally easy to do. He also will lead his students carefully on the path of breathing techniques (pranayama) until they can proceed their way by meditation in order to reach higher levels of consciousness.
